Phew! We made it?

Hello beautiful clients! We miss seeing you so much! More than that, probably, we miss being able to hug you when we do see you. Things have changed so much since I last sat down to write a blog post. I've written a hundred in my head over the last weeks but nothing ever stuck around long enough to actually make it to the keys until this evening.

So, we've made it to Phase 2...now what?

We are open at both locations but are still asking clients to make appointments so that it doesn't get too crowded in the stores (Asheville especially as it's a smaller footprint). We're also asking that you wear a mask if you are coming in for a fitting/wig appointment and we will do the same in the fitting room.

We are still shipping at no charge so feel free to give us a shout via online chat or phone with your orders and we will get them out to you asap. We are noticing that some of our vendors are taking a bit longer than usual to get items to us due to fewer people in their warehouses and in customer service.

Myself, Crystal and Jill are blown away by support you've shown us during this time! We quite literally would not be here if it weren't for you. We've called on many of our customers during this time and nearly everyone was so happy to hear from us and ready to order. You may think it's a small thing but this is our lifeblood! When you purchase bras every 3-6 months or order leisure forms as well as silicone forms when you're able, you allow us to remain in service to you.

I vowed (see the long post on our Facebook account) near the beginning of the pandemic that I would continue to pay my girls, I honestly and probably thankfully had no idea the effects would be so lasting. Trust me, I had moments in the last few weeks where I thought: why did I have to make that public? Why did I have to open my big mouth all over the internet (ugh). It was just something I felt like I had to do at the time. Hebrews 11:1 says this: "now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." I was blinding myself to the effects of what was happening all around us having childlike faith that we would still be here in the coming months. Boy did I pray too, like crazy! And you know what? God is bringing us through the storm!

I say all this to say that we remain here for you. We absolutely cannot do it without our clients coming in, calling in, sharing our Facebook posts, telling everyone they know that we do mastectomy products, compression products, all kinds of bra fittings, nursing bras, wigs, and a few things in between-AND- we do them well. We do them well because we genuinely love what we do and who we do it for: you! We can't wait to hug you again soon.

Most sincerely and a little teary,

Stephany
